You may return any item within two months of delivery (we’re flexible) for a full product-price refund. That’s it! What else would you expect from a Full-Service Retailer?

Not enough? How about a LIFETIME RETURN POLICY?...You may return any item for a full product-price refund as long as the item is in new, unopened condition, with original packaging and accessories.

After two months

If your product is defective and within warranty, please contact the manufacturer, IQAir at 877-715-4247.

Shipping Charges

If your return is a result of our error, we’ll provide free return shipping and send you a replacement at our cost. For all other orders that qualified for free shipping – if the returned item causes your original order to fall below $59, we will subtract the original shipping cost from the amount to be credited.
