If your package was damaged during shipping, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately using the Contact Form below.
If within 30 days a product does not meet your expectations, we apologize in advance and ask you to contact Customer Service at 866-925-1144 or complete the Contact Form below for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products must be in the original packaging including accessories, manuals, documentation and registration. Please ship your return using insured and "Signature Required" delivery method – PurifierPro.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
*For orders that were shipped free, if the returned items cause your original order to fall below $59, we will subtract the original shipping costs from the amount to be credited.PurifierPro.com sent you an invoice with your order. If you need an invoice copy, just complete the form below.
